Recent research verifies traditional beliefs that the coconut palm is “The Tree of Life” and that, just like any other pure, whole food, &lt;a href="http://www.coconut-connections.com/research.htm"&gt;coconuts and virgin coconut oil&lt;/a&gt; have a significant role to play in a well balanced, nutritious diet.
